OK I'm clocking out at 1305. Got my head in it though! I think this is going to be a productive week.

Hi! I am so excited to be part of this mini!!! I would love nothing more than to dive in right now, but around 375 pregnant or nursing cows are waiting for me to bring them some treats and ensure all newborns and mommas are doing well this morning.

I'll be back shortly, though.

I'm so excited!

Hello team! I'm with you all from London - mini 1000 means back to my novel... switching to fiction having just finished my 1st book ever which is non-fic & publishing on 2nd May 🤓 @jami would die for a blurb from you & read your memoir as inspo but guessing you're far too busy (just in case anyone's interested in greek myths https://linktr.ee/laura.coffey) - steam will be coming off my keyboard today as I aim to edit / rewrite 3 chapters. wish me luck! and good luck to ALL of you!

I wrote 1000 words as a brain dump to help me with struggles in my manuscript as well as with starting this next thing. Surprisingly helpful, like a journal entry with purpose. Wrote 1057 and now going to take what I learned and start working.

For the majority of the sprint, I'm going to be working on a short film screenplay. But for the first day, I'm working on what I'm going to say at my friend's funeral. So grateful for this space and for this community to put a structure around this impossible task. Thank you everyone for being out there and writing together.

I have a story idea that I'm going to get out of my head and onto the page. No idea what form it will take, ultimately - short story, core of a novel - but I'm going to write it in 1000 word chunks for the next couple of days! Keep writing, all!

I got 1200 written! Trying to finish the final story of a linked collection and I said I would have it ready end of March. This is coming at the perfect time. I've been having such a hard time with this one.

I have a non-fiction book in mind and have no idea where to start or how to do it. Likely, it will take me years. But, it begins with the first page, first paragraph, first sentence on the first day. Thank you Jami and everyone.

So excited for this! it's coming at the perfect time, when I'm writing sample chapters for a book proposal. My goal is to write a 3,000-word chapter during this mini.

I wrote 300 words towards a new scene in my novel manuscript this morning, and now I’m going back to the notebook to write some more.

I already have about 3000 words written, along with a brief outline. I’m so happy to dig in and have close to 10000 words into this project next week!

I haven’t yet decided what I’m working on so for today I’ll just brain dump and write my morning pages.
