Hi friends.
Today we will write 1000 words. Because writing can loosen up the too-tight threads inside of us. Sometimes we are seeking a spaciousness in ourselves through our words. Sometimes we need to make room for ourselves in our writing. I know that when I sit down by myself with my notebook and quietly and freely write I am often able to work my way through the knots of my mind. What a beautiful relief it can be. We are here to do the work—which is serious and important!—but can we release ourselves through our words, too?
One thousand words of freedom. Today.
We’re at the halfway mark. I know some of you are squeezing this in before work or after you’ve put the kids to bed. It’s not easy. But you’re carving out that time in your complicated schedule. Making room for yourself. I just wanted to tell you I’m proud of you. And you got this.
